  4. Spit the solution into the sink, taking care not to swallow it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you follow these steps, you\u2019ll have mastered the proper use of mouthwash. You can then reap the benefits of a clean and fresh smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Remember to Rinse Carefully<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
